Website Contract:

As you enter the terms of the contract you are bound by said contract. Once a down-payment has been made there are no refunds unless you cancel the contract within 7 days of initial receipt of contract for services. At this time any services that have already been rendered will be billed accordingly leaving a possibility of a refund of initial deposit. An invoice will be sent within 5 business days of cancellation with itemized charges. If a refund is due, one will be issued within 7 business days of invoice date.

Monthly service fees:

When entering into the contract you also agree to pay monthly service fees based on your website needs, and are agreed upon in the beginning and specified on the contract. At any time these monthly service fees can be changed according to cost on our end. We will notify you of any change in pricing within 14 days before you are charged. The cancellation period is 30 days. If you wish to cancel said monthly services, a one-time cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation fees include the disabling of IDX/hosting services, and adjusting of the website to continue its functionality without the services.
